What are the hardware/software requirements for the i-nHANCE Small Business program? Q. What are the support hours? A. Standard support hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. However, if we are working with you on an issue or working on an issue for you, extra hours before and after ‘regular hours’ can be made available.Back to Top Q. The i-nHANCE Small Business program can interface with many different kinds of meter reading or hand held systems. It can interface with Sensus (AutoRead), Intermec, Neptune, Badger, Northrop, Hersey, and Radix. We are currently in the process of developing an interface with Psion.Back to Top Q. What metered services can I bill for with the i-nHANCE Small Business program?A. The i-nHANCE Small Business program will allow for one metered service, per account. The system will allow up to 12 income centers, including Other and Penalties. The system is currently not programmed with the ability to bill for electric; however, we do offer other products that are programmed with the functionality to bill for electric.Back to Top Q. How many users can have access to the i-nHANCE Small Business program?A. The i-nHANCE Small Business program will allow 5 simultaneous users in the system at a time.Back to Top Q. Does the i-nHANCE Small Business program do Bank Drafts?A. Yes, the i-nHANCE Small Business does do Bank Drafts. Yes. i-nHANCE Small Business can be installed on several computers in the network while sharing the database on one server. Back to Top Q. No. In order to run i-nHANCE Small Business you will not need to purchase any programs; the database software, MSDE, we supply in a runtime version.Back to Top Q. Where are you located and how long have you been making software? A. The Harris Computer Systems home office is in Ottawa, Canada and we have several remote offices in other parts of the United States. The support, development, and training center for the i-nHANCE products is located in Tyler, Texas. What are the options?A. Training is available for the i-nHANCE Small Business program. There are three standard training options:
On site training – A qualified trainer from our office will come to your site and lead a training seminar to introduce and show the ease of the products functionality.Classroom training – A qualified trainer from our office will lead a training seminar in our classroom facility at our Texas office to introduce and show the ease of the products functionality to members of your staff.Web training – A qualified trainer from our office will lead live training sessions over the internet to members of your staff to introduce and show the ease of the products functionality.
